TIP: To get the best performance from this device, make sure to charge it using a plug that provides at least 5 volts and 2.4 amps of power, which is the maximum rate for USB-A plugs. It is ok for you to leave the product charging on the dock overnight as it has voltage and charge protection built in and will not damage the built in battery. Leaving it charge overnight will make sure your product is ready to go whenever you need to use it.
The device cannot be charged using a USB-C cable on both ends. You must use a cable with a USB-A connector on one end and the appropriate connector for the device on the other end.
The cable that came with the product is exactly what you should be using. However, if you need to charge it with another cable, that’s fine as long as it is the same type (USB-A on one end).
